Good Morning ONE Customer!
We have released the long awaited email automation that "Thanks" customers after their 1st time purchase. You might want to give them a discount to make a 2nd order. Or ask them for a review. Or anything else you like to tell/ask a 1st time buyer.
Next feature is to give you ability to send automated emails to repeat purchasers.

It would be great to have an option to add an order follow up email which sends an email to a customer as a thank you, 24 hours after their very first purchase.
A second order follow up email would be sent to the customer who makes a return or second purchase.

We have an app at the moment that automatically sends thank you emails to customers after purchase, its a really nice personal touch which our customers love. Unfortunately that app is being taken off shopify, so we were wondering if this is something you can do?

Thank you for your reply. Like a thank you message and product recommendation to encourage repeat purchase. It'd be great if we could decide the triggers to send the emails.
