Why can't I open online conversations anymore?

It looks like there is an account that is sending out an image with their SMS auto-responder, but for some reason the system is recognizing it as a SMS instead of MMS.

It looks like the app says that the account is on a free trial period, even though that doesn't seem to be the case.

I want to move the chat icon as it covers the "Next" button in the pop-up settings

When customers are completely new and they sign up on the footer of my website then the automation triggers. However, when the customer creates an account on my website and then signs up on the footer, then the automation no longer triggers.

It is showing 4 orders placed and $105 revenue in the last 7 days which is incorrect- it should be 0. I did not have any orders since installing ONE

Hi team, I have a checkout upsell for the harness I sell, it's working, but when the customer is choosing the color they want, it doesn't change pictures like it does in my shop I don't think if the customer can't see the color they want, they probably won't buy Please can you help investigate
