Ability to group customers who have similar characteristics into a customer segment. For example, using attributes like location, tags, or even behavior. Highly segmented campaigns return more than 3X the revenue per recipient as unsegmented campaigns. Common Examples Inactive subscribers who have been on your list for at least X months but have never opened or clicked an email/sms. VIP customers who have purchased at least X number of times before or have spent over Y amount of money.

Event Timeline (email/sms opened and clicked, products browsed, purchases, and more) Personal Information (contact information, demographic data, birthday, etc.)

I'd like to be able to add multiple checkboxes to the popup so that based on the boxes selected by the customers, I can sort them into different mailing lists. More generally, I'd like to be able to use the pop up to allow filtering customers based on their selections. Ideally, it would automatically add tags to their profile based on their selection as well.

Currently, we could use some custom codes to add social icons to the pop-up. It would be helpful if users like us could have the option to add the social icons on the customization panel without having to reach out to the support team.

I would love to get more details on the links I add to my emails. Currently, I can see the number of clicks but I would love to know the particular links in the email that was clicked, which customer clicked it as this would provide useful insight foe my business
